Hi Gurus,
I have a HDB and a Condo units. As I am going overseas for a few years, I want to rent out both units. I understand that I need a power of attorney for the admin work during my absence. A recent quote for the power of attorney is $350 per property.

Question 1: Must I need to empower the same person as power of attorney twice for each of my two properties?

Question 2: Is $350 the standard price? If not, can you recommend me a cheaper option?

Dear Terence,

You will only need to empower (if its) the same person for both properties on one document. Also, there are cheaper alternatives, do call me to discuss.
