Hi GURUs,
I have a Semi D (built-up 3,600sqft ; land area 3,600 sqft)in Subang Jaya, MALAYSIA. Would anyone be interested in helping me to sell my house? I understand you charge a commission of 2% (SD). My selling price is S$550,000. Before I give you all further details (& pictures) I would like to know if it is possible for any of you to help me out? My house is walking distance (10 mins) to TAYLORS College, INTI University College, METROPOLITAN college, and 10 min bus ride to MONASH UNIVERSITY (MALAYSIA) and SUNWAY University COllege.
