Hi Gurus,
If the owner doesn't want to sign any exclusive with agent & allowing agent to fish all the buyers during open house. What if situation arise when the owner directly interact with the buyer at that time to arrange further purchasing discussion without the agent consent. This is unfair to the agent right? All afford wasted.
