Remain calm and professional: It's important to keep your cool and remain polite in your interactions with the agent. Avoid responding with anger or frustration, as this can escalate the situation.
Document the incident: Take notes of the agent's behavior, including what was said and how they acted. If possible, record the conversation or take screenshots of any written communications.
Contact the agent's company: If the agent is employed by a company, reach out to their supervisor or manager to report the incident. Provide a detailed account of what happened and share any evidence you have.
Leave a review: Consider leaving a review of the agent and their company on relevant platforms, such as PropertyGuru or Google Reviews. Be factual and provide specific examples of the agent's behavior.
