Hi,

How much COV can I ask for my current 3Room Improved (with utility room) in the current market? a stone throw away from the bradell mrt,schools,wet market and all amenities. Since the evaluvation is already very high what is a reasonable cov? unit is high floor, simple and neat with new 3 year old air cons and builtin wardrobes.

Hi Joshy,

This will highly depends on the condition of your house as well. A buyer won't mind paying slightly high COV if it is a well renovated unit.

I have just closed a deal in AMK, also a stone throw away from the AMK Hub. Is very well renovated and the deal is closed with $18K COV.

As yours in near to MRT and pretty convenient, you can try at $15K COV, but again will have to depend on condition of your unit.

Seems like you have the best of worlds.With transport and amenities so near to your residence,i believe you wont not lack of any suitors for your unit.

Of course, if we can take the consideration of the interior of your house with whether isit on Lift landing level, i will be more able to ascertain what is a reasonable price to let go . So that both you and the prospective buyers will be satisfied client of mine.

I do have a Indonesian client looking to start small family.Loan wise is not an issue to them.
