Hi, I am a divorcee with one kid. My ex sold our matramonial place 2 years ago, I am thinking of buying a flat at Hougang/Sengkang area since i am turning 35 . I am not willing to come up 27k to apply for a NEW flat unless it is NEW EC which waived the levy for we took a grant last time. Is it possible for me to get a 3/4/5/EA/EM resale flat, does a 3 room flat has a income ceiling for resale flat or does HDB has to make me pay a levy. I am only willing to pay COV 5-10k. Not easy to find a resale with owners asking for ridiculous COV,I rather to pay higher comm to go to the usual 1% comm agent instead..Any advice how I should go about it?
