I'm currently in the midst of divorce can I apply bto with my boyfriend? The hdb that I own with my ex spouse I'm just a occupier, and had the 4 rooms resales flat sold. Is there any time frame that I have to stay in till my application for the new bto flat? Will there be any other fees involve too

Morning Ms. Tan,

In the eye of the law, you are not consider as single till the day you received the final court order for your divorce. Therefore, I don't think you are eligible to purchase the BTO with your boyfriend yet. And since you had purchased a resale unit with your husband, you might want to check if that unit was purchased with housing grant. This will affect your selection chance on the BTO and you will be liable for $20k levy payable.
