I need a 1 bhk flat (may be studio) which should have only one bed room with one bathroom and one kitchen. I will stay with my wife only (no kid). If my wife leave Singapore for any reason, I may share the room with somebody else or leave the room. The whole unit should be private, I don't want to share with anyone. Room should be furnished.
