Units along Klang lane have ethnic restriction for Indian buyers if sellers are non-indian. Chinese or Malay buyers are not common within the area. Hence beside the unit condition and asking price, we have to get the right buyers to match. It would be good to know and understand your situation and timeline before I can commit to you.
