Hi, I am interested in becoming a certified property agent, if my knowledge is right, CES and CEHA can be self studied, may I know which one ( CES or CEHA) you guys as experienced agents recommend me to take. How much does it cost to sign up for the papers and where?

Hi Siew,

To become a certified property agent. You can self study if you have the notes.

CES/CEA is the basic requirement.
CEHA is the level where you can open your own agency.
But you still have to be under an agency to practice buying/selling or renting.
Try read the classified on saturday and see which agency you would like to join and they will have the people to guide you. Read More
