Hi, I am presently an agent with one of the property agencies in Singapore. However, to my dissapoint I don't get the support from my manager.

If I were to resign and move to other agency, will I still be entitled to the outstanding commission that I have with my agency after I have left? Or will my comm be forfeited.

Thank you for your help and advice in advance.

Dear Linda,

I am sorry to hear this unfortunate incident. With regards to your outstanding commission, there is a high possibility that you would be forfeiting that, but i suggest that you can check with the company's Accounts Department directly on this.

Our division would be most honoured to have yourself joining us. My team is kept small in size so that we can have more interaction and look out for one another. Let us know!!
