In your case, you would only incurred legal fees and fee payable to agents.

Stamp duty is only payable if you are purchasing a property.

Optional cost incurred would be valuation fee if you decided to engage a property valuer to do up a property valuation report instead of using the bank indication as a reference.

There is only Legal Fees and Agency fees that you need to pay. Stamp Duty is only payable by the buyers.

If you would like to do a proper valuation by bank valuer, you could engage the public valuer and they will have a full report reflecting the actual market value for you.
