Hi, I am very interested in property markets and have a dream of starting to work partly as a property agent, however since I am not sure where to start in Singapore I wonder if anyone out there kindly could advice how to become a property agent in Singapore? I have lived and worked in Singapore for 3 years but am neither a PR or Singapore resident, would that be a problem?
