Hi,

If you had used CPF for your HDB flat, do take note that you will have to set aside half minimum sum in your CPF before you can utilize the remaining amount for the second property.

In today's Buyers market, there are plenty of new launces as well as resale units on the market. Buyers will be spoilt for choice on which properties are worth to buy.

If your plan is to buy and rent out for investment, then I would suggest you buying into places where you can easily rent out the unit.
