Hi, my wife and I are thinking to invest in private properties and looking for options. If I sell my current house I would most probably have about $500k in cash and CPF( both of us) for investing. What are the options?

Hi Sir,

You will need to know which area you are interested and will u be getting one to stay and one more to invest?

The 500k can help u into much more if the correct property is bought.

1) both of your residency status (Singaporean, SPR or foreigner)
This will affect the additional buyer's stamp duty

2) How many residential property do both of you own in Singapore?
This will affect additional buyer's stamp duty as well

3) What's your next accommodation plan while investing in a private property?

Buy 2, 1 for own stay 1 for investment?
