Hi, I have just checked with CEA that I am exempted to take the RES as I have equivalent qualifications. However, I am rusty with all that I've learnt back in school a decade ago. Currently, I am scouting for an organised agency with a good mentor that I can embark on this career. May I know; 1) how does the agency support, in terms of training for newbies like me on the current policies & measures? 2)Are all essential courses by agencies chargeable? Thank you!

Evening Irene, Being with ERA, you will be able to attain on-boarding course which will help you refresh and understand the necessaries of this industry. Although it's payable, you will be able to get reimbursed if you managed to clock a certain amount of sales within a year.
