Hi,
I have just sold my 2nd resale flat and was wondering if i am subjected to levy fees and other additional charges when i purchase my 3rd resale flat?

Afternoon,

Resale levy is only applicable if you are to purchase another subisidized unit from HDB. When you choose to purchase resale unit from the open market, you are quite safe.
