Hi,
If I were to sell my HDB and take over ownership of my parent's HDB, do I need to pay any resale levy?

Afternoon Louis,

If your current unit is purchased under BTO or with grant and choose to take over your parent's unit which is also purchase with grant or directly from HDB, you will be liable for grant. But if you opt to purchase it over from them as resale unit, you will not be liable for the levy.
