hi , I like to find out , i been staying in my resale for the past several years, im now looking for a BTO flat , and i like to go by that contra facility that HDB provides , can pls advise how does this process work ?

Please pay a visit to HDB Hub, Toa payoh Central to find out more, or visit the www.hdb.gov.sg.

Yes, you can apply for Enhanced Contra facilities for your resales flat and buying a BTO new flat. But your existing reslae flat must be using HDB loan. And you must be qualify at the time of registration for your BTO.

You need not sell your reale flat now until you collect your new flat's keys. ( you are given 6 month to sell your existing flat. However if you want to do contra. you will have to act couple of months earlier before HDB release the new flat keys.
