Hi,
I m staying as room rental, Last month I bring my fiend to room for 20-30 min and I texted to landlord also but he didn’t see my message and after seeing text next day he told me you break contract term condition and because of I break contract he will not give me my deposit back. I tried to convince him but he is not at all listen. This month I m moving out so can guide me what shall I do. Where I can do complain.
