Hi i m still waiting for the medical report to activate my mum's ipa so i can sell her house on her behalf, can i start to engage a property agent to start look for potential buyers or wait till medical report is ready as i can't register intent to sell yet

Regarding the matter of sales under LPA.
It would be better to have the LPA ready as you will need to submit the documents to HDB branch office before you can do the intent to sell.
