Hi, i own a 3 1/2 NG hdb flat at ang mo kio avenue 1 , high floor ,no view block, directly facing bishan park ( the park have a golf dry range ), can any property kindly advise me what is the selling price now ,how long does it take to complete the sale ?

As the COV component, you can fetch a minimum of $30k to $38k, again, dependent on your unit's condition.
