I have on my own already owned a couple of private properties in my name. My wife owned a HDB flat prior to our marriage in her own name. This HDB flat more than 5 years old and is now rented out.
We are currently staying in our own private condo and like to buy another private property. I like to add her name to the purchase of our next property. Please advise if this is possible since she is now owner of a HDB flat.
