Hi,

I would like to check if after converting to Singapore citizen, and my spouse holds Singapore PR, can we still eligible for BTO/ HDB resale, and do my spouse need to dispose her oversea property?

Hi,

Both of you could purchase a HDB flat but will need to dispose off the overseas property.

Hi Sir,

If your spouse currently owns an overseas property, you will not be eligible to apply for a BTO flat direct from HDB.

You can however purchase a HDB resale flat under the Public Scheme, but she will have to dispose off her interests in her overseas properties latest within 6 months upon the HDB flat purchase.

I am experienced and well-versed in both HDB and private transactions. I will be able to assist you in your property plans. Please get in touch with me for a more in-depth discussion.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
