Hi Marc, It is unfortunate that a seller looking to DIY sale will be unable to post the property for sale on property guru portal. You may wish to try on other portals which may allow you to do so. Alternatively, I would encourage you to engage the services of a salesperson to market your property for sale, especially so in this challenging market. Without the right network and resources to reach out to buyers, it can get pretty frustrating and it is likely to take up a lot of your precious time in coordinating any viewings or answering phone calls of enquiry, which I think you will receive more calls from salesperson that buyers.
