Hi I have bought a new flat directly from HDB and the MOP is now up. I would like to know, if I sell my flat now, can I get CPF Grant to buy a resale flat?

Afternoon Mr. Lee,

CPF housing grant for buyers who have not purchased HDB subsidized unit.
As you have purchased a subsidized unit, you are not eligible for CPF housing grant.
However, you are eligible to apply for 2nd HDB new unit.
