Hi im a single mom to a 15yrs old boy. Been wanting to buy a bto 3rm flat in punggol but was told only 2rm if i use single scheme. With a budget of 200K, besides buying resale flat which seems impossible with the crazy price on market now, what other option do i have ? Its my first time buying a flat.
