If you are looking to purchase resale HDB unit with bank loan, you do not need to wait for 30 months. You can basically start the purchase once you get a buyer to exercise the OTP for your sales.

BTO, DBSS & EC :- If your intention is to apply brand new property, YOU SURE NEED to WAIT FOR 30 Months before You can apply for it.
