Hi I'm looking for a flat of my own as well as my father. I'm a first Timer buyer, I'm looking for a 4NG/4A room or 5room but preferably wt no COV. As for my dad, he looking for a flat that cost around $300-$320K of 4s/4i/4ng/4A flat. We prefer to have the units near to each other in pasir ris or tampines...This is tough but can anyone help???? If any agents out there who have any units that could meet my requirement would be great. We need the units asap!!
