Hi, I'm Singapore PR. My wife is Vietnamese. Am I eligible to buy a resale executive condo? My budget is around 500K. thanks

Hi Steven, yes you can purchase an Exec Condo. However, I believe your budget needs further adjustments.

My budget at this moment will be around that range only, I'm looking for 2 or 2+1 bedrooms.

Hi Steven,

$500K is unable to get any resale EC.

Maybe you can look into 1-BR condo, various price range $480K to $550K for new launches.
