It depends on individual. If you have the financial ability and necessary needs (family size growing bigger) to upgrade your current 4 RM flat to a 5 RM flat, sure go ahead.

Seriously the feasibility depends on your financial comfort and also your family needs. If you feel that you need more room for your family and finances is not an issue at all as you mentioned assuming loan is not a problem, then why not?

There are also a lot of things to consider in the sale and purchase like the sales proceeds, the new loan and most importantly the time factor as to how are we going to time the sale and the purchase so that everything runs smooth. It will also be good if i could know what are concerns you may have over this move.
