I am Singapore citizen and my wife is a foreigner without PR status. We have a daughter who is a Singapore citizen.

Under such circumstance, can I apply for a new EC together with my daughter as co-applicant?

Financing wise, if I were to sell my HDB 3room flat bought from the open market with bank loan, what are the commitments I need to pay upfront and do I need to commit my cash proceeds to the purchase? Possible to apply for bank loan for new EC?

Afternoon,

It's possible to apply new EC with your daughter, but you wife must also have valid social visitors pass. As it's new EC, the profit from the sales of your resale unit will not be affected and you can get a bank loan for the unit. As to how much quantum you can get, you will need the help of banker. But you do need to know that you must be prepared for the downpayment required, dependent on how much loan you can get.
