Hi, just want to hear some advice. I have about slightly less than $100k CPF (ordinary). My monthly CPF is $1000 over. (ordinary) However, I am saving for other purpose and hence I wish to have lesser cash outlay (including COV, not that I believe in the idea anyway :P..pui).
We need to start from nothing and hence we need to conserve cash as much as possible (buy furniture etc..). We can come up with probably 20k plus minus cash.
My girlfriend and I are planning to get married soon. My GF is foreigner and dun intend in start work in Singapore anytime soon. (good luck to me) We are casual people and dun mind new or old or location, private or HDB, big or small. We used to stay in studio size overseas before and we are fine with small. But please dun offer units that are still under construction :)
Anyone has got a damn good idea on what property suits us best? I am kinda of tired of searching the web and browsing through.
