May i know what should i do on the following scenario.
I am staying with my mum. She is the owner of the flat.
I am planning to let my finacee to move into my mum's house.
My finacee is a Malaysian permit holder and we are planning to ROM in Nov 2021.
To register as tentant or occupier.
No rental fee is involved.
