My flat at Boon Tiong will meet the MOP this 1st June. It is a 5bdrm unit.
I like to sell it by then. I'm willing to pay attractive commission to agent who able to get the below deal price only, NO COMPROMISE please!!!
1) 840K and above - 2%
2) 930K and above - 3%
