Hi, my girlfriend and myself both Singaporean have been staying abroad for few years and would like to come back to Singapore to register our marriage and purchase a home. I am 52 and she’s 28 and our combined CPF is about SGD115k and cash about 30k.I have bought a resale flat many years ago using the single grant (but have since sold the flat in year 2010) We will be coming back to look for a job and we have estimated our combine income should be around SGD7k +- .The question is would we still be entitled to the newly wed grant after ROM, and what property price range should we be looking at (though we prefer 4 bedrooms or mansionette would be our dream choice)
