Hi, My sis is sporean and her hubby is from Uk. Her hubby is holding a work permit only and wanted to buy a condo in sg the don't own any property over in Sg can they buy? My sis is not working and hubby have just found a jobs in SG. Will the bank loan them and how many % will the bank loan. Thanks

Afternoon J,

Banks would normally require minimum of 6 months income document before there will grant you any loan. Hence you might have to hold onto the thought and wait it out.
