Hi Team
It’s about post deceased HDB flat of my mother and was inherited by her granddaughter 2 yrs ago
No expressions of interest by my siblings in Singapore to challenged the integerity and legality of the inheritance of the flat
We are aware she was under duress and pressured by her granddaughter in our absent the unthinkable eventuated
Before I can proceed any further in this matter I need to establish if the flat had pre existing ownership clause
Which is ;
1. Joint tenancy
2. Tenancy - in - common
I reckon I may need a lawyer to look into my concerns and advise me further
