Hi there..i am staying currently staying in a 4A HDB room flat. Question is if i upgrade from 4 room to a new 5 room..i thought no need to pay levy as i have taken grant from government before

Afternoon Salleh, If your current unit is purchased with grant, it's deemed that you have gotten a subsidized unit. Hence your application for BTO unit would be considered as second timer purchase.
