Afternoon Mr. Ong,

By selling your current residence and buying the HDB, fee payable will vary depending on how much loan you are eligible for or even if you do require any loan, how much CPF you have at hand, whether you are SPR or SC, and the sizing / location of the HDB unit you are moving into.

Assuming that you managed to obtain 80% loan, you will need to prepare 5% cash while settling the balance 15% down payment with CPF. If there's any difference, you will need to top it up with cash. If you are SPR, you will also need to prepare 5% ABSD, payable by cash. The standard stamp duty and legal fee is also dependent on the pricing. Based on your purchase date for your current property, you might also need to prepare SSD.
