Hi!

We are living outside Singapore.

First Question: Can we buy property in Singapore?

Second: Will we be able to get a loan at the 3% rate from say UOB, or DBS or something even if we are not residing in Singapore?

We are looking an an investment later on in the year so am doing hr ground work now
