hi, what does it mean to co-broke?

if i bring my buyer to view a property and the deal is closed, is that co-broking? do i get half of the seller's agent's commission?

another question:

Hi new agent, if you bring your buyer to view a property that is marketed by another agent, the usual practice is to get half the commission the seller is paying the seller's agent. This is termed 'co-broking'.

In usual practice, buyers of private properties do not pay commission. But it is open to negotiations between the buyer and the buyer's agent.
