Good Day Weni,

If your selling price for HDB unit is reasonable, high chance within 1 month it will be sold, or even on the first viewing. With or without valuation, the deal can still go through.

Valuation is more for buyers as they need it should they wish to utilise their CPF monies, of course it is a gauge to your HDB unit worth. You can compare the valuation at your surrounding similar units that are currently selling to have a better picture.
