Hi, what is meant by co-broke ? if close the case, what are the documentation that need to prepare by both agents ? also, if i am presenting buyer, must the buyer pay me commission or the seller's agent need to do profit sharing with me ? -)

Hi Julie, if it is a private property, the seller agent will share the commission with you. If it is a HDB, your buyer will pay you 1% commission.
