Hi, What is the MOP if i dont take any grant from HDB. was is 3 0r 5years (if buy now)? Will HDB review this MOP periodically ? Thanks !

Afternoon Mrs Lee,

With the current ruling, the MOP is 5 years, regardless of purchase mode or grant status.
As for the review, it's hard for us to tell.
