I am unsure if you have already made any decisions to join any agency as of now, nevertheless, I will just like to highlight that results from real estate business do not come overnight and in many cases, it can probably take months to clock in the 1st transaction, unless you have an existing network to tap into for your business. If you are handling sales transaction, we need to first prospect in the listing for sale before we put in marketing costs to effectively run a marketing campaign before reaching out to the right buyer who may make the right offer and close off the case. The completion of case will likely take place 3 months after the acceptance of offer therefore we will need some resources to tide through until the income is in. Rental is faster but do also note that there will be loose knots to attend to like defect rectifications and etc along the way.
I have known of managers who help their downlines by offering to take 50% of the commission earned so they can guide the downlines but I seriously think this is the wrong track. In fact, I have been giving free leads to my associates who are keen to learn this trade such that they can meet with real life situations in this business and learn along the way by asking questions from their encounters.
