hi,,i am a joint owner of HBD property with my father. We bought this property 10 years ago and we took HDB loan and grant. I'm getting married next year. The Questions ; It is possible to transfer the property and loan to my younger brothers name. ? Can I apply for HDB-BTO ? Or can I bought resale HDB property? Or any other better suggestions?
