Simple. The buyer/ tenant agent will stand outside the door while the couple go into the unit.

We have no choice but to comply so the only solution is either like what Aaron has indicated, or you have to make 2 seperate trips if realtor needs to be in the property which is still occupied. This is what I had to do for a unit which I was marketing back then, where all 5 family members had to visit on 5 different days.
