How if I as the tenant move out before the contract end. It cause from the first i'm not get the room i deal with (which is the room i live in its too small) but i already told my previous landlord i'll move and already packing my things. so, i'm trying to to deal with it ( with some notes: need bigger wardrobe (the agent said will provide it), and in jan/feb will move to the room i want before or another unit) -can not solve the problem: which i said from the beginning that i need bigger space for all my belongings. * the agent said that he will provide the wardrobe but until it not come and i've buy it but he promise to assemble it but till now he did not. -My AC has been leaking for more than a week and I have asked him to bring in someone to repair it but need 2 weeks just for do it -enter the house and my room without permission -can not access the intercom (need aproval in icondo app, i already told since first i move but till now nt hv response) -rules that are too excessive: • the agent are not allow me to dry the towels in the toilet even though there is no place to dry towels (if it is in the room it will smell bad) • we're not allowed to wash at night even though we had finished our activities at night •it is not permitted to put things in the outside area and he said if you want to put them then it will become joint property amd i decide to move and he said must paid the lease till july or find someone who can takeover my contract with higher price. And till now i did not pay for the february rent cause i want to use the deposit for this month. Can the agent take this problem to the court? and what your best advise for me? thanks
