You have to be at least 35 years old to be eligible under single singapore citizen scheme to purchase a resale HDB.

Did your sister's friend lied about his age? LOL.

Or he bought a resale condo instead of HDB? Maybe its good to clarify.

Cause you are unable to register for intent to buy or apply for HLE until you reach 35 years old.
